We know we asked for young designers to send in videos, but after seeing this submission we just couldn't resist.
Meet 19 year old Gino Baileau, a fashion and beauty photographer out of Chicago.
He's not even old enough to drink and has already been published 3 times!

OK!’s NYC Fashion Week Blog: Charlotte Ronson
Can’t make it to NYC for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week? Don’t worry, I checked out Charlotte Ronson’s runway show for a sneak peek at the designer’s Fall 2011 collection and adored her edgy, 90’s inspired looks!

FASHION: Keeping true to herself and her fans like Mena Suvari, the show began with isle print chunky knits in army green, navy and yellow to keep anyone warm and cozy on those chilly winter evenings. The 90’s still stayed strong in her Fall ’11 collection with dresses and rompers styled over ripped tights and pants. With an added touch of leather here and there, this collection will give any girl a bit of edge!
BEAUTY: Hair was down and slicked on one side, with loose braids scattered throughout. Some models sported punky pink sprayed hair. Nude lips were paired with rose colored eyes. A edgier look was cohesive throughout. Some models wore knit hats and others John Lennon-esque round sunglasses.
COLOR/OVERHEAD: It’s always a family affair at Charlotte’s shows. Her sister and deejay Samantha Ronson mixed the music for the show — keeping the vibe upbeat and fitting for a Saturday night — while half-sister Annabelle Dexter-Jones modeled! The crowd went wild when Annabelle hit the runway, causing the model to blush and shake her head as she strutted the catwalk in a suede trim riding jacket paired with a silk print romper, ripped leggings and lace-up wedge booties. And Annabelle is not stranger to the acting world! According to her bio, she has modeled in some big time campaigns — like Louis Vuitton and Hogan — besides being the face of Charlotte’s celebrity-revered clothing line!
Olivia Munn was a fashion week virgin and Charlotte marked her second show ever — making her first stop at Jill Stuart. She was amazed by all the commotion and taking it all in.

Trendspotting: Fur Sleeves? Yes Please!
Doo.Ri, Prabal Gurung, and Peter Som went manic for fur sleeves this season. While most stayed on the darker end of the color spectrum, Prabal gave it a much softer feel.

Leona Lewis Wears Another Of Her Own Designs
Leona Lewis is really loving her own work.
The hottie was spotted earlier this week wearing a unique dress at the Justin Bieber: Never Say Never premiere in El Lay. The outfit featured some red lips over her bust.
Then she was spotted wearing a similar look at the Essence Black Women in Music event. That time she wore a large, bright yellow bow over her bust.
And just yesterday, Miz Lewis attended an event benefitting the Women's Cancer Research Fund held at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
This time she wore a long skirt with a neon blue bra-inspired top.

Emmy Rossum Designs Her Own Handbag
Emmy Rossum is entering the fashion world by teaming up with designer Elie Tahari to create her own purse.
The 24-year-old has designed a woven leather handbag which comes in four different sizes and colors.
And it seems the collaboration came about casually during a regular conversation.
The "Emmy" bucket bag will be released this March and retail for $398 to $798.
And to make things even better, a portion of all proceeds will go to the charity Safe Horizon, an organization providing help for victims of domestic violence, child abuse, human trafficking, rape and sexual assault.
Glad to see some of the proceeds going towards a good cause!

Annie Lennox's Daughter The New Face Of Julien Macdonald's New Line
What a gorgeous girl! We’re going to be seeing so much more of her for sure.
Annie Lennox’s talent and grace has been passed down to her daughter, Tali Lennox, who you can see here, modelling Julien Macdonald's latest line for Debenhams.
The 17-year-old is just starting out, but already she’s walked the catwalk for Prada, Burberry and Missoni. For Julien, Tali will be the face of his High Street line, Diamond, which features primarily evening wear.
What fantastic looks! We love the 80s hair and this one dress with the oversized corsage! Chic!
Rumor has it Tali’s next big endorsement will be Burberry, following in the steps of Emma Watson, Kate Moss and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
Red Carpet Trend: Lace 'Em Up!
Fashionistas rocked ultra-feminine frocks on the 2011 SAG Awards red carpet, sporting traditonal lace gowns with just a hint of edge. January Jones(in Carolina Herrera), Archie Punjabi (in David Meister), Dianna Agron (in vintage Chanel) and Nicole Kidman (in Nina Ricci) all embraced the trend in various classic shades. So is this the new trend to watch out for - is lace back again??
